Whirling Swirling Days

an oldie but a goodie. . 
and this is how i've felt. . for about a month now. :)
ohhhhh. . so ready for spring.


 who is very tired also. . . 
hmm. . . 
so many of my creatures are tired.

. . . i wonder. 


 what if. . . we didn't have eggs?

our little family goes though a strong 4 dozen 
a week.
that seems like a lot.  


still going strong on the smoothie train.
it has changed my life really.
i can't tell you how nice it is to be able to throw a bunch ( although balanced. . is the key ) 
of good foods you would not otherwise just sit down and eat ( or at least i wouldn't ) 
. . into the blender and have it make something so YUMMY and 
packed with goodness.

my go-to typical breakfast smoothie is something like this.

1 cup blueberrries
1/2 banana
a handfuls worth of kale
1/2 cup non fat yogurt 
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax meal
1 good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
and just enough almond milk to make it smooth enough to drink
( about 1/2 cup ?. . this is more of a personal preference and chance really since 
i just pour it in last but just kinda feel it out.  )

i use the nutri bullet which makes it simpler then a blender but 
either will work

change up the fruit and greens but keep the ratio about the same 

if you put too much of ANYTHING in a smoothie it will suddenly turn 
against you! :)

 but you can always "fix" it.. . kinda

the best new pj's ( old navy )  i've found in a long time. :)

i rather LOVE whales. . so this was a happy day.
