Criminals!
it's true. we're a criminal family. for the last few days we've been
trespassing at this practically abandoned very large historic house just up the
hill from us. it's very intriguing for ONE and so sam and i would once
in a while sneak around up there on one of our many daily walks.. .
and the other day we made the most wonderful discovery!
The most BEAUTIFUL patch of wild strawberries we've EVER seen!
It follows this fabulous old stone wall along the drive way for about
15 or so feet and has just been PACKED with ripe berries that i
reeeeeFUSE to just leave there !
So tonight we three snuck up there again
with our little baggy and filled it as full as we could
reassuring each other that we could always come back
tomorrow. :)

OH how I wish that my boys and I were with you guys on your criminal adventure! What fun we would have had giggling and looking over our shoulders making sure that nobody was watching us! Our little fam is off to the ocean today. Wish you could be with us. Soon, my love. Soon!

it WOULD. and we went back tonight and then i made a crisp out of wild strawberries how fun is THAT!
